DECEASED CUBAN DOCTORS FLOWN OUT
17 January, 2009 11:00:00 By Nokukhanya Aimienoho

The two deceased Cuban doctors have been flown to Cuba for burial.
Impeccable sources within the Ministry of Health told the Weekend
Observer that the bodies were transported out of the country by road to
South Africa early yesterday.
Thereafter, their bodies were to be flown to Cuba.
"The Ministry held a memorial service for them in Nhlangano this week,"
the source said.
Following the tragic death of the two cuban doctors, the Ministry of
Health is currently working on recruiting other doctors of Cuban origin
to replace the two.
This was revealed by Acting Principal Secretary Sikelela Dlamini in a
previous interview early this week.
The two lost their lives on Sunday afternoon near Mkhondvo River in
Sidvokodvo.
From an onlookers' account of the accident, the driver of the car is
said to have lost control of the vehicle because of the slippery road
before it overturned three times. One of the doctors who died was thrown
metres away from the car, whereas; the other died whilst undergoing
treatment at the Mbabane Government Hospital.
