CUBA CONDUCTS MEETINGS OF TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS INSIDE VENEZUELA

Who is pulling the strings around the Caribbean, supporting terrorist
organization networking ? The government of the so-called Republic of Cuba.
Cuban intelligence agents, operating inside Venezuela, regularly conduct
scheduled meetings where all of the region's major terrorist
organizations operating in Latin America routinely send high-ranking
representatives.
These clandestine conferences, which are actually supervised and
moderated by a Cuban officer with the rank of general in attendance,
allow these groups to coordinate their many criminal activities, and
indeed for Cuba to participate and benefit financially.
What groups are present at these meetings? Here's a partial list:
+ Arab terrorists operating out of Isla Margarita, who are linked to
Hezbollah and Al-Qaeda, and regularly send funds to the Middle East.
+ The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, the FARC.
+ Colombia's National Liberation Army, or ELN.
+ Coca growers' groups from Bolivia.
+ Armed Forces of the National Liberation, or FALN, the revolutionary
movement based in Puerto Rico.
+ A revolutionary armed group from Trinidad.
I order to understand the caliber of individuals present at those
meetings, let's look at one, a Syrian terrorist known only by the
nom-de-guerre of Kamal, who entered South America in the tri-border
area, but acquired Venezuelan identity documents upon arrival in that
country. He then flew to New York for the purpose of bombing Madison
Square Garden and one of new York's automobile tunnels under the Hudson
River.
Kamal was funded by two interesting Venezuelan arab brothers, Khaled
Khalil and Majed Khalil, former exporters of computers from Miami to
Venezuela, and terrorist supporters throughout the US. Their US visas
have now been revoked. The brothers had an associate transport $ 200,000
to Kamal in New Jersey, to conduct surveillance. Apparently he failed to
carry out his terrorist actions due to heightened law enforcement, and
moved to Buffalo, New York.
The agenda at these meetings include anything that can bring illicit profit:
narcotics trafficking, arms sales, human smuggling, extortion, and
kidnaping.
The meetings have taken place in various quiet, protected locations ,
both on Isla Margarita and mainland Venezuela.
In the event that foreign law enforcement or intelligence agents enter
Margarita, those Arab terrorists present in secure compounds ,( most of
whom possess bogus government-issued identification) take up temporary
residence in Cuba, until the agents leave the area. Margarita is also
the place where Fidel Castro holds secret meetings with his protege,
Hugo Chavez.
The primary location, however, through which Venezuelan arab terrorists
leave for Cuba, is Maracaibo. During one period, when Venezuelan arab
terrorists feared discovery, they actually held their conferences in Havana.
So long as Cuba and Venezuela cooperate in allowing these major
terrorist groups to network , terrorism will continue to expand in the
Caribbean.
