consider the incumbency and the termination of powers of the current
members of the Russian parliament's upper house. Deputies will also
review the ratification of an agreement to settle debt with Cuba under
earlier loans extended by Russia and a convention with Greece to avoid
double taxation and prevent income and capital tax evasion, among other
things. The Federation Council's agenda for today includes 52 items.
